fristsmallshoes.com accepts returns for orders that meet our return policy requirements within 60 days of the invoice date. Eligible footwear items may be returned for a refund in accordance with the return guidelines described below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, shoes must meet the following conditions:
Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and packaging.
All original tags, accessories, inserts, and protective materials must be included.
Shoes must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
We recommend trying on shoes indoors on a clean surface to ensure they remain in returnable condition.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Authorization
Before returning any footwear, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) from fristsmallshoes.com.

Once your request is approved, our support team will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning shoes, as fristsmallshoes.com cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned shoes, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to two business days for the return to be processed once it has been received. Depending on your credit card provider or bank, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
